ValeoFlow Yoga (Private - SHMS Music)

ValeoFlow is a playful music-driven *Yin into Yang YOGA practice. This flow is fantastic for those new to physical forms of yoga practice and beneficial to student athletes trying to maintain strength and flexibility throughout this ever changing new normal. *ValeoFlow starts with more passive long deep holds then moves into a breath to movement strength practice.
