*SolarFlow Vinyasa YOGA is a vigorous, fiery and edgy form of vinyasa yoga. With upbeat music woven throughout, students move with fluidity between poses connecting their breath to their movement. Music is not required but highly recommended. If possible, practice in a hot environment.
