*StellaFLOW Vinyasa YOGA is a fiery, energetic and breath focused play practice. Practice and play alongside your teachers to create a musically rich, online communal yoga environment.  We request that participants keep videos ON during this class. Instruction during StellaFlow's play environment class is minimal so this is not a best choice for first-time yoga students. If possible, practice in a heated environment.
